Getting Started: Customer Recognition

  2. FullContact's Customer Recognition Solution is a simple JavaScript tag that customers can place on their site to recognize authenticated and unauthenticated (i.e. known and unknown) visitors, distilled down into a FullContact PersonID (PID).

This guide will walk you through how to configure a customer recognition tag.

When the Webtag is installed, you should start to see data flowing into the Customer Recognition product. To access Customer Recognition data, go to the Analytics section under the Customer Recognition menu to view the dashboard.



  1. Total visitors indicates the total number of visitors that our tag has attempted to identify on your site.
  2. Recognized visitors indicates the number of visitors we recognized and could link to our identity graph. The downloadable report contains information for users that we were able to recognize and that we have useful insights on for your business (Visitor Company Name, Title, etc).
