Acumen FAQs

Do I need to input each subdomain that I want to track with Acumen?

No. In the configuration, when you add (whitelist) a top level domain e.g. fullcontact.com, Acumen will automatically track all subdomains where the script is installed. Whitelisting fullcontact.com counts as one domain.

The user interface for whitelisting domains doesn't allow customers to input subdomains separately. It expects the customer to input their top level domain.

If desired, the verify install step in configuration does allow customers to manually key in a subdomain where the script is installed.

Do we have Month-to-Month plans for Acumen?

We do have month-to-month paid subscriptions now. After your 14-day trial ends, you can consider if you want to upgrade to a paid plan for the year.

What percentage of visitors can your system recognize, and how much of that percentage is from B2B traffic?

We generally recognize about 65% of US site visitors. Of those, approximately 25% have sufficient B2B data to create a lead in Acumen, which represents around 16% of the total traffic.

We always recommend a free test of our product, as recognition rates can vary significantly depending on the site's visitors.

How long does it typically take for reports to be generated?

Reports can start showing data within the first 24 hours, but the exact timing depends on several factors, including the amount of website traffic and the percentage of visitors we can recognize.

What is the typical delay in receiving contact information after someone visits the site?

The typical delay is around 30 minutes.
