Editing Contacts


You can edit your contacts in any of the FullContact Apps and the changes will be reflected on all other platforms you use.

Open the contact you wish to edit, select Edit in the top right corner to start editing the fields on the contact.
Once you are done editing the contact, press Save in the top right corner to save it. 

Adding Tags 



You have two options for tagging a contact:
1. Select a contact, click on the Edit in the upper right-hand corner. Scroll down and click Add Tag, which will show a list of existing tags 


2. From the contacts list select contacts you wish to tag by swiping slightly to the left -> ... SELECTED -> Tags


Updates


FullContact Updates tool pulls information from the web, such as full name, title, company or organization, location, gender, as well as up to 120 different social network profiles. If you have not accepted/applied suggested updates, they will not sync to your connected address books and will not be exported.

We will flag contacts when we have found updates. 
1. You can either select the specific contact with updates and then select Updates Available in blue.
Updates Available will then take you to a screen to either approve or ignore the updates. 

2. Or you can open the left side menu and select Updates, which will bring you to the Updates page. 


Merging Contacts


When merging contacts from suggested duplicates, currently you can see and select which information is kept after the merge only in FullContact iOS app.

Manually
From the contacts list select contacts you wish to merge by swiping slightly to the left -> ... SELECTED -> Merge


Suggested Duplicates
Open Duplicates from the Menu. You can then select each suggested pair (or more contacts) to select which information to be kept after the merge.
