If your scanned card received a transcription error and is showing the Not Processable notification, please take another picture of the same business card. If your picture is out of focus or not centered properly, that may prevent the human transcribers from successfully transcribing the card. It may also cause them to make an error in transcription.
You can delete the non-transcribed cards by tapping and holding the card in the Card List until a Delete Card button appears.
