Business card received a transcription error

If your scanned card received a transcription error and is showing the Not Processable notification, please take another picture of the same business card. If your picture is out of focus or not centered properly that may prevent the human transcribers from successfully transcribing the card. Additionally, it may also cause them to make an error in transcription.

You can remove the card from the list by swiping it to the left and clicking Delete.

If you are on an iPhone 4 or 4S you may want to take the photo outside of the app and then select the image from the camera roll.
