If you have connected a source to FullContact but can't see the contacts in My Contacts list, it is likely because you haven't synced contacts to My Contacts, specifically. To remedy this just follow these easy steps:
First, go to your account Settings from the menu in the top right-hand corner of your Web app, and then make sure Sync is turned 'on' for the source you have connected.
After the syncing process completes, you will be able to view your contacts in the My Contacts list that is syncing bi-directionally with any sources connected and with Sync enabled. You can learn more about different Sync Settings we offer here.
