How often does FullContact sync with Google?
On the Basic (free) plan, pulling data from Google occurs approximately every 24 hours, although the frequency can change while we are testing and building the app. On the Premium (paid) plan, sync happens within minutes (but can take up to 15 minutes). When you make an edit to a contact, the edit should write back to Google almost immediately. 

How often does FullContact search for new information about my contacts?
FullContact performs searches on a periodic basis - daily for Premium users, monthly for Basic users.

Does FullContact update my Google Contacts?
Yes. When a modification is made to a contact in FullContact, the change to the contact is written almost immediately to your Google Contacts.

How soon after an Update does FullContact update my corresponding Google contact?
Typically the update will write to Google Contacts within seconds of the change.

How can I sync or import my Outlook Contacts?
You can now connect your Exchange / Office 365 contacts same as Google and iCloud from Address Books page. 

Can I sync or import my LinkedIn contacts?
We do not currently support two-way sync of LinkedIn contacts due to LinkedIn’s Terms of Use. 

FullContact allows you to import your LinkedIn contacts using a one-way transfer. Login to FullContact and go to Settings to Import from LinkedIn

Can I import my contacts from Hotmail, Yahoo, or another email service provider besides Google?
At this time, you can only directly import and sync contacts from Google Contacts. You can export your contacts from various email providers into a CSV or vCard (VCF) file, which you can then upload into FullContact. We plan to integrate a variety of email services in the near future, so check back for updates!

Does FullContact integrate with Salesforce or other CRMs?
We plan to build a variety of CRM integrations in the future, but it's not possible at the moment.

Can I upload contacts from a social network besides Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, or Xing?
Not currently, but you can import contacts on the Settings page. We are considering building integrations with other social networks in the future.

Is FullContact available for groups/organizations?
Yes! You can sign up for the beta version of FullContact for Teams here:

Additionally, you can create a new Team from the large blue plus icon by the search bar. Click on the [+] icon, then click 'Team beta.'
