Sometimes data just isn't returned - and you may see a variety of response codes. Here we'll look into the general meaning of each response code and what you may do to remedy.
403 - Message “Forbidden”
The service or data add-on your are trying to call on in your request code may not be enabled for your account.
400 - Bad/Malformed request
If you see a 400 response code, it means that something is amiss in your request code. Check out our developer documentation for further request code examples.
403 - Unauthorized/Forbidden
If you are seeing this response code, it's possible that you reached some kind of limit on your account. Reach out to us so we may investigate and provide clarity on which limits are being hit.
500 - Internal Error
503 - Service Temporarily Unavailable, requester should retry
For 500 and 503, these are rare! But this does mean something is not working as expected. We encourage you to reach out to us so we may investigate.
