How can I sync multiple email sources together?
When it comes to creating identical address books—between iCloud, Google Contacts accounts, and/or Exchange / Office 365 / Outlook—the solution has always been sub-par. Relying on manually exporting contacts and groups (from one account) and importing them into another is now a thing of the past. With FullContact, you can count on a more reliable, robust, and efficient process to keep your contacts synced across multiple platforms on multiple devices.
Keeping your contacts synced between iCloud, Google and/or Exchange / Office 365 / Outlook accounts is simple. Just follow the steps below and you’ll have identical address books across as many as five connect sources.
1. Inside of your FullContact for Web app, click on the blue [+] icon by the search bar -> click Source -> choose Google Contacts, iCloud, or Exchange / Office 365 / Outlook.
You'll already have at least one source connected, but now you can add up to four more.
How can I adjust my sync settings?
Once you have your accounts loaded, you can choose how you want your connected accounts to behave. In order to create identical contact listings across your multiple accounts, you’ll want to turn syncing ON for all of your connected Google accounts.
With that, you're all set. No exporting, importing, or continual updating when something changes. FullContact is going to handle all of that tedious work for you. When a change happens to a contact in one address book, it will automatically sync to your other address book via the power of FullContact's syncing abilities.
