Does FullContact offer phone support?
Not at this time. However, the most efficient way to contact our Support team is via email from our Support page.
We typically reply in less than 24 hours during the work week (we also offer weekend coverage, but it is limited).
We also offer a weekly webinar, and it's a great place to ask questions and view our screens as we walk through FullContact's apps. Here is the sign-up page.
Does FullContact offer live chat / online chat?
Not at the time. However, we are planning to add online chat capabilities in the future.

You can find a list of our free webinars here. We offer a 'Getting Started' webinar for Apps users, a FullContact for Teams webinar for Teams' users, and a variety of API/Data Solutions webinars.
