How do I create my team?
How does FullContact for Teams differ from a CRM—do I need both?
Many of our customers use FullContact’s software as either a stepping stone to—or an additional layer on top of—a CRM. Some of the reasons why our customers choose us for our unique value are: contact deduplication and automatic updates when information is changed or found on the web. In turn, this leads to groups of colleagues wanting to use FullContact as their master contact list which can feed data into other systems/apps.
Can I be on more than one team?
Currently, you can only be on one team.
How many teammates can I invite to my team?
On a FullContact for Teams trial (which is two weeks), you can invite up to 10 teammates. If you're a paying teams user, you can invite an unlimited number of teammates.
What are the different roles within a team?
We offer two roles: admin and member. For more information about these privacy settings, see our Account Management page.
Can I add custom fields to my team's contacts?
Not at this time.
